Lab Activities:

  • Planning for labs requirements, development, maintenance and safety
  • Follow up with the readiness of lab facilities and utilities.
  • Follow up with the availability of operation and maintenance manuals and also experimental manuals.
  • Preparing and revising the labs inventory.
  • Preparing the requirements and the list for manpower (lab technicians and engineers) and recommending the rehabilitative training programs.
  • Follow up with the requirements of calibration and maintenance of devices and equipment.
  • Follow up with the safety procedures and regulations in labs.

Purchasing activities:

  • Preparing purchasing orders of material for labs.
  • Preparing purchasing orders of devices and equipment for labs.
  • Preparing purchasing orders of department requirements.
  • Follow up with the purchasing orders and its procedures.
  • Study of tenders offer and award.
  • Follow up and finalizing receiving procedures of purchasing orders.
