Graduation Projects Committee
Responsibilities
- Supervising the registration process for students taking graduation project courses.
- Preparing seminars for students regarding report writing and communication skills.
- Organizing and supervising the project examination and the discussion process at the end of the semester.
- Collecting projects’ grades after the end of the examination and submitting them to the college’s administration after department chair’s approval.
- Identify projects for the quarterly College Competition.
- Organize and following-up with projects and theses department library.
- Supervising and managing the registration of students in graduation projects.
- Preparing introductory lectures on the requirements and skills of writing graduation project reports including presentation skills.
- Organizing and supervising the exam of graduation projects at the end of the semester.
- Collecting graduation project points after completing the exams and approve them by the department’s chairman.
