Responsibilities
- Promote the culture of quality among department faculty, students and staff.
- Preparing and analyzing questionnaires/surveys.
- Implementation of the university's quality management system.
- Documenting data and information on quality activities and performance levels in the department, preparing a periodic report for that.
- Preparing the annual report of the program and reviewing the required improvements.
- Analyze the course report and review the required improvements
- Establishing an improvement plan for the next semester in the courses that had some output deficiencies based on the program output.
- Follow-up the implementation of strategic plans by the department.
- Identify and suggest possible improvement projects.
- Propose the formation of working groups in projects proposed by the unit.
- Provide the necessary facilities for teams working on quality projects.
- Documenting the efforts and the results of the application and raising them to the quality unit at the college
- Collect data and information on quality activities of the department consistently.
- Prepare periodic reports on the levels of performance and satisfaction of beneficiaries for each activity in the department.
- Awarding the outstanding students in the department.
- Undertake other tasks entrusted to the unit in terms of quality and application.
