1- The applicant for the program must have a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering specialty with a grade of no less than "very good" from King Saud University or any recognized university. Those with a high good rating may be accepted, provided that the student’s average is not less than very good in the specialization courses For the bachelor's degree.

2- Passing a written test in engineering sciences.

3- Obtaining a score of 500 in the English language test (TOEFL) or its equivalent.
