The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (and those with a bachelor’s degree can be accepted in other branches of engineering with some conditions) with a general grade of no less than very good. It is permissible to accept some applicants who have a good general rating in the program, taking into account some controls and after approval of the department council.
