About Computer Center
The College Computer Center facility was established in the academic year 1393/1394 AH (1973/1974 G). The computer center facility provides computer labs and technology-rich classroom space for students, faculty and researchers in the College of Engineering, King Saud University.
The Computer Center is committed to delivering reliable, accessible, and cutting-edge computing services to meet the diverse needs of the students, faculty, and staff. We strive to foster an environment that promotes technological advancement, academic success, and professional growth.
Services
The computer center offers many services including:
1- Workstations: Modern and well-equipped computer labs that offer a wide range of engineering software and hardware resources. These labs are available for students, staff and faculty to work on assignments, conduct research, and collaborate on engineering projects.
2- Printing and Scanning Services: All computer labs are equipped with high-quality, two-sided black-and-white laser printers. Additionally, most labs feature advanced document scanners, providing users with convenient scanning options for their academic and research needs. Student accounts are automatically enabled for printing access.
3- Engineering Software: A comprehensive suite of specialized engineering software is readily available, catering to diverse educational and research requirements.
4- Support: Professional staff are available to provide technical support during open hours. The requests can be done using:
