Interested in building a strategic plan for the college, and work to achieve them. It also works to develop programs and activities of the college to improve the current situation of the college as a whole.

- Vice Dean for Development and Quality (Committee Coordinator)
- Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research (Member)
- Vice Dean for Educational and Academic Affairs (Member)
- Head of the College Development and Quality Unit (Member)
- A representative for each academic department (Members)
- Committee Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Works on spreading the culture of strategic planning in the college.
- Works on preparing the strategic plans for the college.
- Works on implementing the strategic plans for the college.
- Coordinates with the consultants and trainers in the field of strategic planning.
- Follows up implementing the training programs of the strategic planning.
- Authenticates the activities of strategic planning in the college.
- Raises periodic reports to the deputy of the college for development and quality.
- Forms the workgroups of implementing the strategic planning tasks in the college.
- Collects the data of implementing the strategic plan in the college.
- Implements any other tasks assigned to the committee by the dean of the college
