This unit was established to applying quality control principals for educational and administrative activities in the college, also to achieve academic accreditation, and dissemination of quality culture among employees of the College. It also works to activate operations performance measurement and analysis of the data and draw conclusions about the reality of performance in College, and finding Awards for Excellence in College, and motivate teaching staff. The head of this unit is appointed by a decision of His Excellency the President of the University.

Responsibilities:

• Applies the Quality Management System in the College and Follow up the execution of the Quality Management System (ISO 2015:9001).
• Follows up the evaluation of the performance in the College.
• Follows up the preparation of the description and the report of the scholastic curricula and programs.
• Follows up the preparation of the self-evaluation reports for the College and the programs.
• Follows up the implementation of the training programs of the quality and academic accreditation
• Plan and execute College projects related to the improvement and development.
• Analyze and evaluate results of training programs for the college staff.
• Supervise the development of the College staff skills in the use of modern technologies.
• Supervise the development of agreements and protocols for cultural cooperation with educational and scientific institutions at the local, regional and international levels.
• Publish educational and development bulletins and newsletters such as "College of Engineering Community Newsletter".
• Set up systems, criteria and different forms to assess the various College activities.
• Supervise the implementation of the University Strategy related to quality at the College level.
• Analyze and evaluate the results of training programs related to quality.
• Supervise the evaluation of College performance levels.
• Execute and follow up the academic accreditation.
• Supervise the formulation and the execution of the College strategic plans.
• Follow up the procedures for awards of excellence within College.
• Execute any other tasks assigned to the unit and related to the quality and its application.
