1- The Dean of the College of Engineering or his representative shall supervise the Council.

2- A student takes over the presidency of the council after his election from the members

3- Each department in the college is represented by a member chosen by the department.

4- The membership term of members is one year.

5- The president of the council represents the college in the university’s graduate students ’council.

6- The Council meets at least twice in one semester.
