Functions of the Research Center

  • - Approval the research proposals with estimated budget of 50,000 or less, submitted by the college

• • faculty members, beside the recommendation of the representative of the relevant department in the

• • Board of the Research Center.

• • - Give recommendations regarding the appointment of the employees needed for the Center.

• - Manage the budget of the Research Center to fulfill the needs of the research projects within the

• approved budget.

• - Follow-up the progress of the research projects, registered at the Center, and to give

• recommendations

• to the Board of Directors regarding the cancellation of the non-progressive ones

• - Approve the annual plan for research and the corresponding budget.

• - Approve research proposals submitted by the College faculty members with estimated budget

• exceeding SR 50,000.

• - Approve the research projects requested from outside the College.
