It is dedicated to experimental studies of the microstructural and mechanical properties of materials. The laboratory has facilities for three main areas: Microstructural Analysis, Heat Treatment, and Hardness Testing. The main function is to provide an understanding,expertise, advice, and training on microstructural analysis needs of the mechanical engineering department and outside users.
