Objectives of Allocation
- To allocate new students for the different departments.
- To transfer students among the different departments.
- To assign students to their disciplines in each department.
- To transfer students among the different disciplines in each department.
Objectives of Statistics
- To make a statistic survey for all the students in the college.
- To make a statistic survey for all the students in each department and their cumulative grade point averages.
- To make a statistic survey for all the students who are placed on scholastic condition in each department.
- To make a statistic survey for all students in each level within the department.
- To make a statistic survey for all graduated students in each department and their cumulative grade point averages.
From these surveys, the quality of the students and their distribution within each department can be investigated. Also, these surveys provide information about the number of students in each level within each department and the level at which the student graduated.
