Academic Mentoring
Mentoring Procedure
1. The department distributes students to staff members.
2. The department informs students and staff members of the objectives of the academic mentoring.
3. The department informs staff members of the procedures to follow for students follow up, and provide them with academic transcripts of their students.
4. If a staff member can't resolve a student-related issue, he should consult with the chairman.
5. Issues and concerns with the academic mentoring process are discussed and resolved in the department council meetings.
